David started selling real estate 25 years ago in the ferociously competitive Sydney real estate market. 

Whilst David initially qualified as an accountant straight after school, he moved across to real estate sales and quickly made his mark. Within 3 years he was the top salesperson in the largest independent network in Australia. He says, “when you have your head down helping lots of families move house the last thing you expect is an award.”


At the turn of the century David purchased an estate agency of his own. With all the hustle and hard work he showed as a salesperson he set about building a team with all the values that made him successful in the first place. After building a loyal team he migrated to the other side of the transaction as a buyers agent. It was in this capacity that David was exposed to a deeper understanding of how a purchaser feels. 


It’s his unique all round experience that allows David to empathise and understand what people want to achieve and deliver it for them. David moved his young family to the Northern Rivers because he wanted a better life for his family and 3 young sons. To be ‘back in the saddle’ with the Harcourts team is exciting because he can help a new group of people.
